COVID-19 Announcement


Dear Patient Family,

This current status of the COVID-19 pandemic had made us all worried and concerned, and I completely understand how you all might feel at this time. We wish that this unprecedented situation will pass so we can go back to our normal routine. During this time of uncertainty, I pray that your family will stay healthy, and our nation will come out of this stronger than before so that we can treasure our family and neighbors more.

I want to take a second to let you know that the office will be operational as long as my staff is healthy and capable to come in and give their 100%. We are spacing out our patients and putting extra effort in preventing any cross-infection. We will do our best to minimize your wait time during your visits in order to avoid any contact with other patients. I want to reassure you that we are committed to safely providing you and your family with routine care as well as emergency care during this uncertain time. However, if you are not comfortable coming out or you are a part of an at-risk group, we understand, and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

I also want to take a moment to let you know the mission statements of our office, which help us to determine our actions and decisions.

Be good at what we do: We are learning and improving ourselves constantly, our doctors and staff continuously attend classes and conferences to deliver the best, most effective, and latest treatment options to our patients. We are committed to being at the forefront of eye care.

I want to let you know that there will be some challenges over the next few weeks and maybe even months. Suppliers may not be able to fulfill our glasses/contact lens orders as efficient as before, and ocular solutions and medications may have some temporary shortages. Please be assured that we are here to help you get through this time of uncertainty. So, if you have any problems with your supplies or medication, please let us know, and we will try our best to provide you with the best alternative or samples if they are available. This is what we are here for. Just know that you can count on us during this trying time. I thank you for your support in the past and I want to tell you how much I appreciate you.
