Fruit of July: Grapes

You and your kids will have a “grape” time making this recipe! Grapes help maintain healthy retinas and improve your ability to see details while reading, watching Netflix, or using electronic devices.


  • A bundle of Grapes washed, dried, and de-vined

  • 5.3-ounce container vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Toppings (optional)- Granola, Sprinkles


  1. Shish kabob grapes 6-8 each skewer

  2. Open the container of yogurt, and stir until totally smooth and free of lumps.

  3. Dip and spin the grape kabob in the yogurt, place it on the parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle your FAVORITE toppings on the kabob. We did Granola and Sprinkles!

  5.  Freeze for at least 90 minutes.

  6. Enjoy right out of the freezer.
